2006 Weekly Rates:

2 guests - $1,000
3 guests - $1,150
4 guests - $1,300

$150 for each additional guest to a maximum of 6. Special rates for one month+ rental available.

Refund Policy:

With 30 day cancellation notice the rental fee is refundable (less $100) if alternate guests book.

Making Reservations:

A 50% deposit is required when making your reservation. The balance, plus a $200 damage deposit, is due four weeks prior to your arrival date. Bookings are by the week or longer, and our preferred rental period begins Saturday afternoon and ends Saturday morning.
